It is highly recommended that you use a new set of fuel injectors if you are unsure of how long it has been since the injectors have been used. The reason for this it that a plugged injector will lean out a cylinder and damage the engine. Also, selection of the correct injectors is very critical. Too large an injector will reduce your fuel mileage and poor idle quality. Too small an injector will cause a lean engine condition which will damage the engine due to the higher combustion temperatures. Injectors are sold in sets of 8.
