Through hands on experience on Mustangs for over 20 years Global West has reached several conclusions. One such realization is that a person cannot get too serious about handling or competition driving on a Mustang platform without subframe connectors. Whether the task is straight line acceleration or cornering, subframes provide additional structure necessary to get the job done. In order to obtain the greatest amount of strength in the floor, Global West welds their subframe into place.

• Global West Subframes are constructed of 1-5/8 diameter seamless .125 wall inch roll cage tubing with 3/16 mounting plates.
• Most applications do not affect ground clearance.
• Subframes are long and tie into the strongest area of the chassis.
• Will not interfere with exhaust.
• Installation will not require the floor pan to be cut.
• Because subframes are weld on units and not bolt on, chassis rigidity is increased.
