CYLINDER HEAD GASKET SETS

Now, choosing the right gaskets is simple when it comes to mustangs. Edelbrock's Intake Gaskets are matched to Edelbrock Performer and Performer RPM cylinder heads and manifolds for optimum flow and performance, and sealing is improved with a silicone bead surrounding each port opening. Edelbrock Cylinder Head Gasket sets include everything you need to install Edelbrock aluminum heads; intake, exhaust, head, waterneck, distributor and valve cover gaskets.

Edelbrock Head Gaskets feature a tough, scuff-resistant silicone rubber coating that provides excellent sealing and conformability, which is a real plus when it comes to sealing on new engines. They don't require the engine to be warmed up in order to seal, and will release clean with no sticking if the engine needs to be disassembled. Edelbrock Head Gaskets will work with stock cast iron engines, iron blocks with aluminum heads, or ultra high performance aluminum blocks and heads.

Edelbrock Exhaust Gaskets are made of high-density non-asbestos fiber/metal reinforced composite material that is bonded to a metal core. This gives them excellent sealing performance, load retention, chemical resistance and structural strength.

Edelbrock Valve Cover Gaskets are fabricated from 5/16" thick performance CRC (corereinforced- composite), which is a multi-layer construction consisting of two highly compressible, high rubber content, fiber-reinforced outside layers, chemically bonded to a high strength composite core. This unique core-reinforced construction provides excellent sealing integrity and conformability for easy installation as well as radial strength to resist high-vacuum or blow-out conditions.

Does not include end seals, Edelbrock recommends the use of silicone sealant in place of end seals
