Need help with I6 to 289 upgrade suspension. We are in the early stages of converting to disc brakes on my 65 mustang w m/s. I have purchase the v8 spindles, coils, shocks, in/outsleeves for tie rods and centerlink and idle arm. We have removed all the i6 stuff listed above and want to install the V8 stuff but the centerlink and idle arm look very different then what was on the car. The kit I purchased only had one idle arm. For Sale: 302 engine complete low miles, 78 302 block with 30 over pistons and 10/10 crank, 66 289 heads without smog ports, stock 4v intake with edelbrock carb, new double roller timing chain, all new seals. Engine was pulled to replace with correct year 289 in 64 Fairlane. Had oil leaks and noisy gear drive timing set so I replaced timing set and resealed. Asking $1000 obo.

Also good C4 trans with torque converter, new seals and gasket. Has shift arm for Mustang. Asking $400 obo.
